My 13th week

hi friends,we are coming slowly to end,ı hope our final exams will pass well and we can go our homes without problem.Last week,we read Eveline and spoke about it,we are responsible for it at the exam.On tuesday we were free and wednesday,thursday too.On friday,Rebecca's lesson was entertaining,it was our the last lesson so we took photograph with Rebecca and our visitor Brad.At the weekend ı studied for my exams,ı was at the dormitory all the weekend so it was boring.I have some doubts about the exams,my friends please pray to god for us.See you tomorrow...

ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION

Have you ever noticed that our world is contaminating? But people don’t do anything for it. World’s population increases fast and in order to meet its needs technology must be developed.But these developments lead to reducing of natural resources and environmental pollution. We can classify environmental pollution in three groups which are air pollution, water pollution and soil pollution.
Air pollution is the most significant pollution in our world. Everyday we welcome to clean air but timely air is contaminated. Some of chemicals, biological materials, living organisms and humans are the main factors which contribute the air pollution. And volcanic eruptions, motor vehicle exhausts and factories are the others. Carbon dioxide gas is very effective in pollution. The health of a lot of people is affected from these chemical substances. People may have various health problems such as asthma, hearth and lung diseases. For example, in 1952 four thousands of people died in a few days due to the high concentration of pollution in London. People should attach filters to factories chimneys in order to prevent air pollution because people’s life is very important.
Water pollution is the second most important pollution. People can’t live without water because it is the main necessity for them. 70 % of our earth’s surface is covered with water but people don’t know its importance, they pollute it unconsciously. Water is polluted by a number of elements such as oils, plastics, pesticides which are harmful to both humans and animals. Because of ship’ ruins, our seas and oceans are contaminated. According to a research which made in 1999, there are a lot of water resources in our world but they are polluted. People may have some diseases like birth defects, cancers and genetic damages. If we don’t want to have these illnesses, we should take some precautions for water pollution.
Soil pollution is the least significant pollution in our world.Soil is very valuable substance. In order to form a palm of soil, 250 years are required so we should know its worth. Farmers use pesticides and chemicals to kill insects but they damage the soil. This damage remains for a long time. Chemical damage not only soil but also crops. Soil is contaminated by pesticides, dirty water , oil and dumping, industrial waste which are very harmful for soil. People are in a great risk due to the diseases caused by soil pollution. The diseases are headache, fatigue, depression…. We can decrease the risk of being ill by not using chemicals and pesticides in the soil.
In conclusion, we live without noticing the pollution in the world.We have the right of breathing the clean air, drinking clean water and eating healthy foods so nobody can hinder these rights.People immediately should take some dramatic precautions to prevent air,water and soil pollution.

my last week

hi,we started our week with an quiz which was ''The lottery'' and later we wrote an group essay.In our group,there were bünyamin,ayşegül and ı but bünyamin was ill that day so we couldn't finish our essay.So we went early to class and we wrote our essay.In our grammar lesson,ı presented my grammar topic which was there and it,we finished our grammar topics.On wednesday,ı was ill so ı couldn't go to school,ı rested in my bed all day.During these days ı went to Tema's theatre,we will have a theatre next monday so we have worked very hard.On thursday,we had reading lesson we read a story and later we went to rebecca's presentation but ı had to go to early to hospital.On friday we hadn't a speaking lesson so we were free.On friday night there was Nil Karaibrahimgil's concert which was wonderful.My weekend passed wonderful because we have had a spring festival,ı love these types of activities.See you later...

This week passed so fast that ı couln't understand anything.On monday we talked about argumentative essay and Ms. Gülsen gave us a homework.She wanted us writing an essay,ı wrote about girls and boys should attend seperate schools, ı hope she will like it.On tuesday we had grammar lesson,firdevs,merve and ayşegül had grammar presentations.Later we watched our advirtesements which were very entertaining.Especially,sema's group advertisement was very enjoying.On wednesday,we had listening lesson,we evaluated our advirtesements.Although that day ı was ill,ı went to school.And the other day we had reading lesson, we had a quiz about the open window which was very different story.We talked about the lottery and we will have a quiz next week,ı hope it wiil be good.On friday ı couln't go to school because of my illness,ı was at the dormitory.Alot of things wait us next weekens, ı hope everything will be good.That's all for now see you later...

my last week

hi everybody, last week passed very quickly for me.In writing lesson our topic was adolescence, we talked about it.And we haven't got listening lesson because alot of my friends didn't come so we went to SOTE, we had a very enjoyful time there.We talked with our teacher.In reading lesson we had exam which was very difficult for me.On friday,we didn't go to school because our teacher wasn't going to come to lesson.My weekend passed well.Cheers...

9th week

hi friends,my week passed very stressful for me because of listening and grammar exams which were absolutely difficult.I think they were exaggerated,because we are prep class.When ı started the university,everybody said that ''you will be very comfortable'' but ı'm very busy. This week we wrote a cause and effect essay about the 19th august eartquake.Gülsen teacher liked our essays.In our reading lesson we read the adolescense and adult topics.Except from our exams this week was good and friday was holiday because of the children's day so we went to picnic to Çamlık which was very enjoying.We went to at 12:00 and returned at 19:00.We had barbecue and we played voleyball.Some of my friends played football,surprisinly girls played also.But ı didn't because ı don't like football.My weekend is passing wonderfull except from some problems.That's all...

Hello friends,ı'm very happy today because denizli is sunny and hot.This week passed very quickly and wonderfull.On monday,we had writing lesson and our topic was globalization or cultural imperializm.We studied about the languages,it was very effective topic for me.Because ı learned that a lot of language is about the disappear for example;Circassian.Also, the richest country in that language is Papua New Gine but 88 language is about the die in the country.Also we wrote an group essay about the insomnia with duygu,ceyhan and me,gülsen teacher liked it and gave us 10,ı'm happy.In grammar and listening lessons,my friends finished their presentations and we played truth or brave which was very enjoying for me.In reading lesson, our topic was affluenza.We made some exercises about it.Our speaking lesson was very entertaining also.But after such a funny week,ı have to study for my next week exams.See you later everybody,good luck...

hi,this week was holiday for our class.I was in Adana and my holiday was wonderfull.I had a funny time with my family.I rested and studied for improving my listening skills.I was verry happy, but now ı will go to Denizli in a few hours.Exams and lessons wait us.see you on monday...

hi eveybody, how are you? I'm very fine because I'm in adana now.This week passed so quicky that ı couln't understand how ıt passed.On monday we taught about cause and effect essay and on tuesday we had a group presentatin again(zuhal, özlem). our topic was woman's right which was very comprehensive.We studied very much for ıt but ıt was enjoying for us.I hope my friends and teacher liked ıt.After my presentation ı got on the bus and came to adana so ı couldn't go to the reading lesson.But ı'm contiuning studying my lesson from here.We have a week holiday,ı think this holiday will be good for us.I will be with ny family so ı'm happy.Good holidays everybody...

LAST WEEK

MY LAST WEEK

Hi my sweet friends,how do you feel after a tiring week?I'm feeling very exhausted because of many homeworks.Last weekend ı hoped ıt would be a good week but ıt wasn't so.I presented my interview, ı believe my interview was very successful but our listening teacher seemed that she didn't like ıt.We had a quiz,ıt was very difficult for me.We watched shrek on friday which was very enjoyable, ı liked ıt very much.Mrs Gülsen gave us homework,we will write an essay about the comparison and contrast essay.I wrote and now send ıt to her, ı hope she will like ıt. last week's reflection and presentations

Hi friends,ı want to talk about what we did last week and our presentations.On monday our group(meryemana,alev,firdevs and me)had presentation which was about the crime and punishment in middle age England.So we studied very much to do our best.we went to üniversity before our lessons started.But our group presentation wasn't as good as our friends because our topic was more complicated than others.It was our second presentation so we have some deficiency about it.I believe next time we will do better.Also ı think the best presentation was elizabethan time,they both could talk about the topic very well and showed us useful pictures.I found myself in that time.I didn't like group study because there were 4 people and 4 different ideas about ıt.If ı had done ıt myself,ıt would have been better.We might have discussion in group study,also.I learnt alot of informations from group presentations,they can be beneficial in future.These types of presentations are good for our improvement.We did many things last week also,we watched a movie which was a night at the museum.I liked ıt very much.Mrs fulden gave us alot of homework,we must do them until next week,oooh what will we do friends?I think next week will be very tiring for us.I hope everything will be wonderful... see you later...

THIS WEEK

This week we learnt about opinion essay and its details.We wrote an essay and Mrs Gulsen liked my essay.My grade is 10.I am very happy for this. In grammar lesson,we learnt negation and passive ,causatives. In listening lesson, we watched Slumdog Millionare which is a wonderful film. I liked it very much.On Thursday, Mrs Gulsen told about our blogs and how we can improve them.On Friday, Ms Rebecca didn't come to our lesson so I got my friends and we went to Çamlık. We had a fun all together. At night I and my dormitory friends went to theatre which was in morphology building.The theatre was very crowded but I could enter the building. It was very enjoyable. When I and Coco were living in same home, we had some quarrels. Coco was behaving friendly to me but I didn’t like him. I was eating most of the food ,Coco had to eat little. I behaved like a boss and scolded Coco. But this type of behaviour didn’t continue long. One day Susan and her family went to shopping ,we were alone in home.When I was walking in the home, I saw a mouse which was in the kitchen. I chased mouse to catch but unfortunately, mousetrap kept my leg. I began to screaming in pain and Coco heard my noise, came my near to save me .It tried very much but Coco couldn’t so Coco tried to comforting me. Finally When Susan and her parents came to home, Coco went to Susan’s near and began to miaow continually so Susan understood that there were some strange things and she chased Coco.By the time she and Coco came my near,Susan saved my leg from mousetrap,she took me vet.I was so frightened that,I thought I wouldn’t rescue from this mouse trap.But now I relieved thanks to Susan and Coco. After I had recovered, I said that’’ I behaved you very bad Coco ,I didn’t give you much food, but you saved my life thank you for your help. I noticed my fault please forgive me, we will live in peace after this.’’ From that day we became very good friends and this friendship will continue long time. Also we caught that mouse.:)
